industry leader in the manufacturing sector offers an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, detail oriented Graduate Engineer to spend a year rotating through multiple divisions specialising in the design and manufacture of blow moulded and injection moulded packaging.\u00a0 This role is an ideal fit for natural self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, who takes pride in maintaining a positive work ethic and excellent attention to detail, who would like to build a career with a great company.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><u>TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/u><\/strong><\/p><p>While rotating through various departments the successful candidate will be exposed to:<\/p><ul><li>Working on continuous improvement projects on the line in partnership with Production<\/li><li>Overseeing assigned Engineering and technical projects<\/li><li>Working with the Production team to ensure reliable machine and plant performance<\/li><li>Identification and achievement of measurable technical and process developments and improvements.<\/li><li>Ensuring engineering excellence in the Plant<\/li><li>Ensuring a safe working environment by ensuring Safety Best practices<\/li><li>Ensuring Housekeeping and ISO\/FSSC standards are consistently maintained.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><u>DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES<\/u><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Engineering Degree (BSc\/BEng Mechanical\/Electrical or Mechatronics\u2019).<\/li><li>No Post University experience required<\/li><li>Self &#8211; motivated, energetic and ability to motivate others<\/li><li>Ability to make tough decisions and manage complexity<\/li><li>Strong communication and people skills<\/li><li>Hands on and get things done type of personality (action orientated)<\/li><li>An optimistic and curious mindset<\/li><li>An understanding of Continuous Production processes would be advantageous<\/li><li>Logical and critical thinking skills essential for
