Advanced Microsoft Office and proven experience managing 300 or more SKU\u2019s in a continuous manufacturing environment are essential.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><u>Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree (Supply Chain or Related).<\/li><li>Matric Mathematics<\/li><li>Minimum of 3-5 Years of Continuous Manufacturing Experience.<\/li><li>Strong Microsoft Office Proficiency (Intermediate to Advanced Excel)<\/li><li>Experience Managing 300+ SKU\u2019s<\/li><li>Working knowledge of SAP (Advantageous)<\/li><li>Ability to thrive in a robust, fast-paced continuous manufacturing environment<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities include:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Issue weekly production schedules for production requirements<\/li><li>Ensuring there is sufficient finished goods stock to fulfill orders, and reorder levels are maintained<\/li><li>Manage Slow and Dead stock levels within parameters<\/li><li>Coordinate intercompany sales and purchasing<\/li><li>Advising raw materials of any exceptions that may be necessary for new products or changes of products<\/li><li>Liaise with Stores &amp; Distribution regarding service efficiencies<\/li><li>Place orders with direct suppliers and manage stock levels accordingly<\/li><li>Advising on any machine (capacity) requirements for future<\/li><li>Long-term planning of production capacity in the plant.<\/li><li>Assisting with utilization budget
