(advantageous)<\/li><li>Production or FMCG experience. (advantageous)<\/li><li>An ability to communicate effectively and transparently.<\/li><li>An ability to identify and solve problems effectively.<\/li><li>An ability to think issues through in a logical, systematic way.<\/li><li>A passion for Automation.<\/li><li>A passion for Quality.<\/li><li>Ability to work in a team.<\/li><li>Self-disciplined and motivated.<\/li><li>Own transport and driver\u2019s license is essential.<\/li><li>Overtime and standby will be required from time to time.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities include:<\/u><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Assisting the production department in achieving optimum efficiencies through timeous and efficient attendance to the electrical requirements of their machinery and auxiliary equipment during maintenance, repair and servicing.<\/li><li>Assisting with the completion of maintenance schedules and programs for each machine as per supplier recommendation.<\/li><li>Assisting with troubleshooting\/problem-solving in the department as and when required.<\/li><li>Staying abreast of, and assisting with the implementation of technical developments and improvements.<\/li><li>To be on standby as and when required.<\/li><li>Properly maintaining maintenance records as per ISO procedures.<\/li><li>Consistently checking the quality of
